Joe Holcomb is a seasoned HVAC professional with over two decades of experience specializing in boilers, steam systems, and hydronics. Known for his technical expertise, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence, Joe has built a reputation as a respected leader in the heating and mechanical trades.

Beyond his work in the field, Joe is a passionate educator and mentor. Since 2000, he has been teaching and guiding fellow union members, helping to train and inspire the next generation of tradespeople. His commitment to mentorship also extends to his volunteer service as a Merit Badge Counselor with the Boy Scouts of America, where he encourages youth to explore engineering and the mechanical arts.

Joe’s dedication to service is deeply personal. As a proud supporter of the military community, he has multiple family members who have served in the armed forces. He has witnessed firsthand the challenges veterans and their families face—particularly those living with the invisible wounds of PTSD. These experiences have fueled his commitment to supporting veterans in meaningful ways.

As a board member of OPERATION SHIELD, Joe plays an essential role in shaping the organization’s efforts to empower veterans, especially those interested in pursuing careers in the skilled trades. He serves as an advocate and connector, helping veterans discover fulfilling paths in HVAC and mechanical systems while ensuring they receive the support and mentorship they need to succeed in their civilian careers.
